RFID Solutions

• MAC-9101 double panel isolation and absorption curtains effectively reduce RFID signal leakage, reflection and crosstalk issues within RFID tunnels. They block false RFID readings while allowing your products to pass through without damage. They are custom made to your size requirements.

• ME-2101 double panel isolation only curtains effectively reduce RFID signal leakage from outside to inside RFID tunnels. Similiar to MAC-9101 (above) in construction, they do not have RFID absorber and are a less expensive option for large curtains. A clear window section is available for line of sight and safe passage. As with all our RFID blocking products, they can be waterproofed for outdoor use.

• MAC-8101 RFID absorbing textile in a flexible panel format. Line an RFID tunnel with this material to reduce RF reflections within the chamber. These panels are custom manufactured to your size requirements.

• MAS-310 Thin RFID absorbing sheets can be used near and around RFID transmit and receive antennas to reduce crosstalk and enhance signal integrity. This can help reduce misreads of your RFID tags. Available with ground plane and/or PSA.

• ME-2100 durable, electrically- conductive, nickel copper non-woven polyester textile fabric. This RFID shielding material is used for RFID area isolation. Applied to surfaces, it has the flexibility of wallpaper.

• ME-565 is an easy-to-apply acrylic (water-based) electrically conductive paint for application to wallboard and other surfaces for RFID area isolation.

• ME-505 is a very durable urethane (solvent-based) electrically conductive paint which can also be used for RFID area isolation.

• MAS-310 Tag Pads die cut RF signal absorbing parts. Placed under an RFID tag, they are used to isolate RFID tags from metal surfaces (such as drums). They suppress tag interference and increase the communication distance of the tags to the RFID reader system.

• Rolling RFID Isolation Screen made of durable metal infused rip-stop nylon mounted to a lightweight rolling frame. This moveable RFID barrier provides a simple and easy way to separate sections of retail stock from your handheld reader. Roll it into your stockroom for storage when not in use.

• ME-2100 OC is an effective RF/RFID isolation material with a durable urethane or acrylic coated nylon pack cloth outer cover and is manufactured to your customer’s size and shape requirements. Seams can be waterproofed for outdoor applications. Grommets, Velcro or D rings can be added at customer request.
